Precision Under Pressure
- Developed hardware but struggling with repeatability & accuracy for CO gas.
- Stepped up our software algorithms by applying advanced algorithms like FFT which are used internationally in research institutes.
- Started rigorous testing and calibration of gas benches according to ISO/IEC 17025 standards for performance and reliability testing.
2013
Global parts, Indian engineering
- Started selling NDIR and NDUV benches as an OEM to analyzer manufacturers.
- Consolidated partnership agreements with leading German, Italian and Taiwanese firms for import of precision parts like infrared source, pyroelectric IR Emitters, sub-miniature lamps and frequency-matched optical filters.
- This ensured we had wide range of output wavelengths, superior conversion efficiency, and high cost-effectiveness compared to our competitors.
2014
Reliability proven under stress
- Performed vibration test, high temperature and humidity operating test, temperature cycling test for further reliability testing.
- This ensured multiple contracts from Analyzer OEMS for NDIR and NDUV benches.
2015

- Slow but steady growth of sales.
- Harsh feedback from practical Indian sites, which forced us to revamp and redesign multiple components due to multiple failures.

Export chapter begins
- Started exporting gas analysers.
2017
CPCB CEMS shift accelerates growth
- CPCB introduced New CEMS guidelines which mandated use of NDIR and NDUV technology for emission monitoring.
- This served as a major boost for NDIR/NDUV benches for OCEMS manufactures.
2018
Expanding the sensing frontier
- Developed low-range Chemiluminescence an Ultraviolet Fluorescence benches using massive support from German and Taiwanese firms for related raw materials.
- A new vertical of Ambient Air Quality Monitoring unlocked.
- ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 Certification from TUV SUD for ensuring employee and environment safety.

10 years: A decade of precision earned
- Expertise gained in precision monitoring of process gas & stack gas monitoring.
- Practical knowledge accumulated for precision measurement of CO, SO2, NO, NO2 with high accuracy and repeatability using NDIR and NDUV technology.
- Next-Gen joined the company and decided to enter the gas-leak detection and Indoor air Quality vertical by utilizing the expertise of gas sensing accumulated since 2011.
2022
New R&D facility, new verticals
- Established new R&D facility with next-gen 3D printer, CNC machines and proprietary MCAD & ECAD designing software for precise designing of equipment & in-house rapid prototyping.
- Developed highly modular Indoor Air Quality Monitor (IAQ) within 6 months and started selling to OEM / integrators for wider reach and initial sales surplus.
- Production started for Fixed-Point and Portable gas detectors.
- Supply started to OEM partners which helped us to know the market.
2023
From OEM to own brand—ESPM SENSE®
- Entered B2B market, creating our own brand name “ESPM SENSE®” to sell directly to end user / industries.
- Launched own-brand flagship models FGD-X and PGD-X and started selling directly to Industries via B2B model.
- Launched own-brand flagship brand “MiKro®” for Indoor Air Quality and launched on Amazon and Flipkart via B2C model.
- Created differentiation by offering high-degree of customization for detecting 70+ types of gases which covers toxic, combustible and VOC parameters.
2024
Clearing certifications and starting the next dream
- Jumping through government loops for obtaining GEM, NSIC and MSME certification.
- Launched Made in India PESO approved Loop Powered Gas-Leak detector for toxic gas detection.
- A New Dream Project Begins — designing and manufacturing next-generation portable process-monitoring equipment and ultra-compact smart sensors, proudly made in India.
